Then he was graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor degree in management science.
Irene has more than 4 years of experience recruiting consultants in the headhunting industry and 8 years of in-house HR experience. She has a strong communication appeal and also an internal recruitment expert with insight into the market, who can give multi-dimensional business reference opinions on internal recruitment.
Iris has 8 years` experience in HR and operations at headhunting company and before that has 2+ years` experience in accounting at MNC. She has strong comprehensive abilities to support our business team not only in HR full function but also administration and finance. Sheryl is mainly responsible for early pharmaceutical research and IP function. She has nearly 3 years of executive search experience in early pharmaceutical research. Successfully recruited many research candidates for MNC and Local Companies， including but not limited to translational medicine SVP, biological SVP, biology Executive Director, etc. Sheryl pursues professionalism and warmth and gradually hopes to achieve perfection in these two aspects. Sheryl graduated with a master’s degree in human resources.
Sia is the lead of the medical device R&D business unit in JC Consulting. She has over 8 years’ experience in the life science sector. Sia started her recruiting career at a Fortune Global 500 MNC pharmaceutical company, covering diverse positions in China, with over 120 positions fulfilled per year. As a result, she has gained a deep understanding of the life science industry. Now she focuses on recruitment and team establishment in the medical device R&D field.
Veronica Lin mainly focuses on placing out middle to senior professionals from front office or corporate finance function in the Financial Services sector. She has successfully completed mandates on C-level talent search in Singapore, Europe and the US. Besides, with her solid understanding of the local polices for family office setup, she is able to deliver quality candidates and add value to our FO clients.
