Market Research and Opportunity Identification
Conduct in-depth analysis of Southeast Asian education industry policies and market demands.
Leverage localised insights to uncover business opportunities and formulate development strategies aligned with the regional education ecosystem.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop product promotion strategies for Southeast Asian markets.
Lead the planning and implementation of localised marketing campaigns to ensure effective brand and product penetration in target markets.
Product Planning & Solutions
Collaborate with product teams to propose optimisations based on Southeast Asian client needs.
Integrate company educational resources to deliver competitive, comprehensive solutions.
Client Development & Project Advancement
Drive business partnerships through technical exchanges, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up on project implementation or sales closure.
Local Collaboration
Build long-term relationships with Southeast Asian partners, government agencies, and educational institutions to drive sustainable business growth.
Requirements
Core Competencies
Excellent interpersonal communication and resource integration skills, with proficiency in cross-cultural collaboration;
Structured thinking, capable of independently conducting market analysis and strategy development;
Proficiency in solution planning and client negotiation, with a results-oriented mindset.
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
Knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Willing and able to travel frequently for business purposes, including local client visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or education.
Experience in the local education market is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Southeast Asian education policies or the K-12 and vocational education sectors.
Proven ability to build professional networks with educational institutions, government agencies, or enterprises in Southeast Asia.
Prior experience in overseas expansion for edtech companies, particularly in Southeast Asian markets, is preferred.
