We are now expanding our Singapore team and seeking experienced recruitment professionals with full ownership of both client acquisition and delivery, a true end-to-end consultant role. Depending on your experience, we offer opportunities from Associate Director to Director level.

Reports to

Responsibilities

  • Business Development

    Identify, engage, and win new clients through networking, research, and market outreach.


  • Client Management

    Build trusted partnerships, understand hiring needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.


  • Candidate Delivery

    Source, assess, and present top-tier talent using a combination of research, referrals, and digital platforms.


  • End-to-End Process Ownership

    Manage the recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.


  • Market Expertise

    Stay ahead of trends, delivering insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates.


  • Performance & Results

    Meet and exceed sales and growth targets through consistent delivery and proactive business generation.

Requirements

  • Strong client acquisition and account management skills with a track record of success.

  • Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and curious about broader business growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting people and driving results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • At least 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Legal, Financial Services, Technology, or Life Sciences sectors.

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including both business development and delivery.
