We are now expanding our Singapore team and seeking experienced recruitment professionals with full ownership of both client acquisition and delivery, a true end-to-end consultant role. Depending on your experience, we offer opportunities from Associate Director to Director level.

Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, engage, and win new clients through networking, research, and market outreach.
Client Management
Build trusted partnerships, understand hiring needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Delivery
Source, assess, and present top-tier talent using a combination of research, referrals, and digital platforms.
End-to-End Process Ownership
Manage the recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Market Expertise
Stay ahead of trends, delivering insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates.
Performance & Results
Meet and exceed sales and growth targets through consistent delivery and proactive business generation.
Requirements
Strong client acquisition and account management skills with a track record of success.
Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and curious about broader business growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting people and driving results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
At least 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Legal, Financial Services, Technology, or Life Sciences sectors.
Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including both business development and delivery.
