Job Overview

Our client is seeking a credible and experienced HR Shared Services professional to lead our Singapore-based HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR services, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a solid leader with strong people management skills and proven experience running a Shared Services Centre (SSC) of significant scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

  • Drive process improvements and standardisation within the HR function.

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

  • Manage high-volume employee transactions and maintain data accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR operations and process optimisation.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and HR operational practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on, reliable, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8–15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a Shared Services leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record managing sizeable and high-volume HR teams in Singapore.
