Job Overview
Our client is seeking a credible and experienced HR Shared Services professional to lead our Singapore-based HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR services, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a solid leader with strong people management skills and proven experience running a Shared Services Centre (SSC) of significant scale.

Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Drive process improvements and standardisation within the HR function.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Manage high-volume employee transactions and maintain data accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR operations and process optimisation.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and HR operational practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, reliable, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a Shared Services leadership capacity.
Proven track record managing sizeable and high-volume HR teams in Singapore.
