Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a healthcare organisation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition, from high-volume frontline hiring to senior-level placements, in a dynamic and people-centric environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment activities across all business units in Singapore, managing both high-volume and specialised hiring needs (500+ hires annually).
Partner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Lead, coach, and motivate the TA team to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop employer branding initiatives and strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support organisational growth and workforce planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or health services industry.
Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment operations, including both volume and senior-level hiring.
